About Us

Welcome to Good Vibes Nutrition of Palm Coast, where Health and Happiness meet the Community. Mike and Paula Granam have been building the local community up through positivity, connections, free events, and healthy drink options. 

Mike and Paula have had quite the journey over the years, with Mike losing 100 lbs in 6 months, followed by their decision to open Good Vibes Nutrition Bar in the St. Joe’s Plaza, where they promote people, their journeys, their businesses and positivity. Learn more about their journey here.
